Hi Belusa,
You have to copy an image into a new document by going to EDIT and "special paste"
Your document gets reduced immediately.

Hi Amanda (& anyone else reading this!),
there could be quite a few different things involved.
I might be able to help you if you can give me some more detailed information. (e.g. what program do you make your workdsheets in, and similar questions)
