It essentially means that it "formed a trail" down to his knees. It �s a fairly common expression.

Hi uyumlu,
It means the hair was reaching his knees. That �s very very long hair.
It �s an idiomatic way of saying something reaches down in length.
"One end of the rope was tied to the tree branch, the other end trailed down to the ground."

A caster is a person who casts (makes) a spell (incantation) like a witch or warlock. The spell does not outlive the person who makes it. |
