I need a very effective compresor. My file has got 1,9 MB and I want that it have 500 KB (I have used NX POWER LITE) COULD ANYONE TELL ME A BETTER PROGRAMME? |

On the assumption that it �s a word doc and contains photos/images - convert the word doc. file into a pdf file. THat would normally drastically reduce the size of the file. You can do it here: http://www.doc2pdf.net/ There is lots of freeware online for this.

In NXpowerLite, go to Tools > Configuration and choose Optimization level: Screen.
That will compress the worksheet even more.
If that �s not enough, you can choose Optimization level: custom, and you can choose a lower resolution and quality. |
