Hi Everyone
I need to translate "asamblea constituyente" into English. The context: It refers to the creation of a charity and "Constituent Assembly" to my mind sounds ever so political. Any other ideas? Something a little less formal sounding. I �d be ever so grateful!

Hey Colibrita,
I asked my boyfriend, who happens to be from England, and he says "Council"/"Charity Council"/"The Board (of Trustees)... would be better.
