Hi All,

I�ve come across a freeware (by the looks of things) software program which compresses powerpoint presentations. It attaches itself to the powerpoint tool-bar which is handy. Follow this link;

It seems to work very well. After compression, it saves the compressed PPT with its original name with _PowerPressed added on.
