Hi dear teachers or native speakers out there ....just correcting for hours and now already very confused.

Is it okay to write: ....he wanted to make a trip on the motorbike.

and there was something broken at the bike

He wanted to TAKE a trip on the motorbike.

There was something broken ON the bike.
