CREATING A FAKE CHATROOM

Hello everyone,
I �d like some help from the most computer-savvy ones of us. I �d like to create a chatroom where my students could write about they met a celebrity (preterit+ music topic). What I don �t want is to create a word doc looking like a chatroom.
I �d like to start a board of discussion and have them write their messages all at the same time as we �ll be spending a full period in the computer room.
I �d like this board NOT to be accessible to outside users.
Do you know if that can be done and how?

For a one lesson chat/discussion room you can use any of these sites which function in the same way:

If you create a public room, you will have a page with a unique address which you can share with anyone you wish. Visitors can write and read each other �s posts simultaneously.
