Problem with the preview

Dear colleagues,
Eveytime, I want to download my worksheet, I get this kind of message:
Persits.Jpeg.1 error �800a0002 �
The system cannot find the file specified.
/send_printables/sendprintableswait.asp, line 124
I don �t know what does it mean?
Are you having the same problem or is it just my pc?
I would appreciate any help to solve this problem.

Hi, the file must be in doc. format (not docx.) and smaller than 500kb. If your ws meets this criteria, just keep trying, sometimes there is a glitch in the system. You �ll see that in the end you �ll succeed.

Just had the same problem as you. I know the size and format limit, take care of it, but doesn �t work. Something spooky must be in the air tonight... I �ll try tomorrow. Hurried to finish to upload in time, but it wasn �t meant to be. |
