Hi every body, Hope you are okay.. I would like to know if we could say: I teached or taught? I am sure that the second form is correct but I want to know if the first form is correct too? Thanks in advance

Taught is correct. As far as I know the first one is wrong. |

There are a few verbs that you can use both regular and irregular forms for, but teach isn t one of them, at least not yet. Dove and dived, dreamt and dreamed, pled and pleaded are a few examples. Be careful with hung and hanged, though. I hung my clothes after I did laundry. Iraq hanged Saddam Hussein about three years ago. |
