There will be a writing competion between very high-leveled English students. The administration has chosen me to choose the subjects. Can you recommend interesting ones? I �m lost.

Another possible website is http://www.unm.edu/~tinan/writing/ged_essay_directions.htm which has 5 possible GED topics. They don �t require any special knowledge. This site also has good tips for writing an essay in 45 minutes; that �s useful if your students are being timed on their writing. If not, this is less useful.
