Hi again, my dear FRIENDS!HELP ME, PLEASE!!!  I compress my pictures but it does not work - their size is getting more and more!  My ppt was 2,16 Mb and after compressing 4 pictures its size is 14,4 Mb!  I am really shocked and disappointed  ((((( Help me, please!! What have I do? What is the matter? By the way, I used the information about compressing from the workseet "HOW TO CREATE COMPACT WORKSHEET?"! Thanks!!!!!!!!! |

you are probably copy/pasting the pictures instead of inserting them. |

1. Copy picture to Paint (Start-All programs-Paint)
2. Save picture onto desktop as JPEG. (in checking, you �ll see it �s already greatly reduced)
3. Open picture on desktop-use, open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager
4. Edit picture
A. crop B. compress for Web pages or for Emails
Hope this helps. It �s a �pain � at first but after you �ve done it a few times it goes quite fast. |

use JPEG resizer v 2.1 and it works very well. You can download it, it �s free. |

I use fotosizer - it�s
free and really simple to use. You can resize the contents of a folder
in one go, which I think is great, and into bmp, gif, jpg, tiff and png
format. You can download it free at
