How can I uploading my file to this website
 
I want to make my contrubutios but i can �t. When I upload, it said server was wrong. What happened now? Who can help me?

Try again later, the site may be under maintenance. Check if the ws you want to upload is saved as .doc (word 97/2003) and is under 500kb. I�ll keep my fingers crossed!
