Yes - I have really old coloring books.
Most coloring books have no artist listed - so there is no copyright infringement. Mine are so old they went out of print a long time ago.
I scan them - add some images I �ve drawn
and then color them in my paint program then save them and use them in my
worksheets.
Any old paint program will do.
