I �ve been trying to upload worksheets, but now that I �ve changed my word version to the latest one, I can �t send any printable. From what I understand of the error message on the screen, it says that my document hasn �t got the ".doc" extension required, but I don �t know how to fix it.... Thanks for your help!

When you save your document, use "save as" and choose the older version of Word (97-2003 ). That way, you will not have a docx. |

Hi!! I �ve got the same problem and i �ve already done what manonski said but it didn �t work! I don �t know what to do! Hugs!!Hope you can work it out!!

English-in-mind, have you checked the size of your document? It can �t be more than 500kb.
There are periods during the day when it �s harder to upload. If you respect the size (500kb max) and format (.doc) and still can �t upload, try at another time. |

Ok I �ll do that then, well I �ll try.... because I �ve already tried the saving with an older version, and it didn �t work... Thanks for the tip anyway!
