Hi there! I have a problem: I cannot upload my worksheets. I try and try but there�s always an error. How can I solve the problem? Thank you

Sometimes it happens! Be patient and keep trying! It will work out eventually! But first check the size of your doc.:) |

Hello, 
The problem is almost always that the file size is too big. The limit is supposed to be 300kb, but I�ve noticed that sometimes files even smaller than that won�t upload. For more info, check out my tutorial: How to reduce file size and improve your worksheets. You may have downloaded it already though.
Also, be careful about how you name your file. Apparently, the inclusion of unusual characters or symbols in the file name can cause problems when uploading.
