Out of context I can only say that the person has a million friends and that you are one of those millions. Now if it were you are one in a million...that would mean that you are in deed a good friend that only there is only one friend like you in a whole biunch. |

I would say one in a million (the best of all possible people or things)
ESLPRINTABLES is one in a million. You are so generous. You are one in a million.
and if I say one of a million friends I would mean you are not very important because you are just one of my million friends
