I should say:
What time does Emily �s lessons start? or
What time do Emily �s lessons start?
I think the second one is right. But I �m a bit confused.

The second one is correct. To use does the sentence should be: "What time does Emily start lessons/ classes?"

Yap, the 2nd one is correct.
does is for 3rd person singular, simple present, interrogative. "Lessons" is not singular , so you must say "do". "What time do Emily �s lessons start?"
