NO, friendly is an adjective, but an adverb is required in your sentence you could say peacefully or amicably, for instance

Apparently so as friendly can be an adverb meaning amicably.
I looked it up on this site. But I must admit at first I thought it was wrong as I was not aware that "friendly" could be used as an adverb! |

If you follow lolotte �s link, you �ll find that only one of the listings shows "friendly" as an adverb, and it doesn �t given an example.
It isn �t usually used as an adverb, and "The girls play friendly" definitely doesn �t sound natural, so I would recommend not using it, as elderberrywine suggested.

The adverb from friendly is �friendlily �. It definitely exists, but since it �s a bit of a mouthful (and sounds a little childlike) most people prefer to find another word or rework the sentence:
�The girls play in a friendly way � �The girls play together as good friends �
-or-
�The girls play friendlily �.
