I have tried ten times today to send some printables, but I have received error messages. Are you having problems with the system or am I doing something wrong. Can you help me?

I was able to upload one earlier today. Did you check the size and format? Your printable cannot be bigger than 500 kb and it must be .doc, not .docx
If you respect the size and format, then try at another time. Some hours are busier. |
