Dingdoulers - are people who develop aheadache (dolor) whenever the ding-dong of Xmas bells begins. It �s a very uncommon pathology, you know. Poor guys!

A ding, as everyone knows, is a small knick or scratch. A doula is a person who provides moral and emotional support to a woman giving birth. A dingdouler is a person who gives moral support and emotional comfort to a person who bought a brand new car that has suffered its first ding.

ding is a sound made by the bells. doul comes from greek doulos meaning servant. er is an english suffix indicating that the word is a noun. So dingdouler is a person who provides whatever service you need if your bells are not working properly. He does jingle bells check up on Santa �s sleigh every year before and after Christmas.

doule is a berry. The correct name is kdoule in Czech. But the first letter is a silent letter so it is not pronouced. Dingdouler is a person who picks the "kdoule" - a quince picker.
The English usually call this berry a quince.
Ding is a sound the "kdoule" makes when it is ripe and eatable...
Dingdouler = person who picks swinging ripe quinces

ding is an onomatopoeic word for the sound made when you ring a bell, or even better, when your head hits a bell. 
doulers comes from French douleurs which means pains in English (the "u" have been dropped for tax reasons Ermm
so, dingdoulers are the pains that you feel after your head hits a bell. 
"Oh my God! I have terrible dingdoulers. I need to take an aspirin."
