Hi Ed,
Thank you so much for the nice and helpful web links. I am exploring them now.
By the way, I am really happy to be a member of such great site and nice teachers. I was really confused and not confident with my English language, because as an ESL teacher I can �t find a native English speaker to talk to or even make an enquiry. But now, it is easy to correct any language mistake and ask about anything.
