in our school, we are going to have training sessions for teachers every week so we have to choose good topics (our students are 20 years old)

I think you can talk about the six thinking hats in teaching Englsih as a second language.  You can also have the multiple intellegences which we basically depend on preparing our activities to apply at classrooms in order to be able to get all kinds of students involved in the lessons( As you know every person has got his own intelligence to acquire and deal oe apply knowledge.
