@Abba..I �ve heard it called a crib sheet., cheat sheet..A friend of mine once made one so elaborate. It was in the tiniest handwriting and he rolled it up and slipped in into a clear Bic pen. If he �d spent as much time studying as writing it up he wouldv �e aced the test. |

If the naughty student is to be sent to the office where the principal or vice principal will deal with them further (call home. suspend/have a parent �s meeting etc.) Then teachers can write a "referral" (sometimes called a referral note) usually carbon copied and deposit it in the vice principals mailbox.
