How to make the size of my worksheet smaller?

I prepared some worksheets and want to post on the site but I can �t upload them because the size is too heavy. I �ve tried to make the size of the pictures smaller but I couldn �t. Could anyone please help me? Thanks a lot!!! |

in office 2007, you can compress your pictures using the format tab which appears when you select a picture. you can delete your templates and borders and turn your wordart, if any, to normal. these are what I basically do to make the document �s size smaller. If none of these works, you can split your documents and publish them as Part I, II etc. hope this is helpful.
