ADVICE ABOUT UNABRIDGED EASY BOOKS TO RECOMMEND ADULT STUDENTS
 

Dear friends , I am trying to recommend some of my adult students easy books to read, but I need your help to increase my list. Thanks in advance.

 
The boy in the striped pyjamas by John Boyne
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon
The House of Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros

What about Room by Emma Donoghue?
 
The story is told by a 5 year-old boy so the language and grammar is that of a young boy.
 
I don �t know if books by Alexander Mccall Smith might be suitable for your purposes. 
 
I �ll try and think of some more ideas.

Sandra Heyer wrote a series of interesting readers for ESL students.

google books lists them, but my sample did not find any with a preview available.
