Dear colleagues

A student of mine with excellent grades is finishing her practical training course as a clinical medical assistant in July 2011. She would like to take a gap year abroad and work in her job or as an AuPair to brush up her English and make new experiences.

Does anyone know any trustful agencies which offer AuPair-jobs or jobs in the medical field/health care in USA/UK/AUS?
