I discovered today that if you want to make changes to a pps. file all you have to do is click on the file name once to rename it. When you do this just erase the S and write T. Then, open the file and make any changes you want. So, therefore there is no real difference between pps. and ppt. |

Hi morrissey - isn�t it great that there is such a simple solution for you - to change just one letter and then you can upload.

The only difference between .pps and .ppt in powerpoint is that .pps opens directly as a slide show and can only be edited when it is opened directly from PowerPoint. A .ppt when opened from a browser or file manager or folder opens directly into the powerpoint programme and so therefore can be edited and changed quite easily.
The way to save your new contributions is to choose �save as� and then choose the option �presentation� Not �PowerPoint Show�
But your method can work just as well. enjoy |
