I have the same problem since Monday. I have written to Victor and I have told him the problem we have. Maybe you can also write to him. I hope he can solve it soon.

I think the bytes for the powerpoint need to be increased as the effects added are lost, as I needed to delete quite a lot of stuff before uploading.
