I have a friend who is a new member!whenever she tries to send a printable she receives this answer:"No account was found matching your username and password. Please try again"
What does this mean??????

I think Nizarsouth is right. Another possibility is that the Caps Lock key is pressed when she �s typing in her password.

Or her account was cancelled? What�s your friend�s name? Has she already uploaded worksheets?
Generally speaking, no account was found matching your username and password means that the person has entered either the wrong username or password - or both. Try again is a suggestion that you shouldn�t give up immediately or even that you should restart from scratch (assuming you haven�t already accumulated lots of points). |
