be can �t be used alone you should use it with to will + be in case you focus on future but you are free to use are so long as you speak about a fact or a regular habit

"be" is correct - it �s an example of the Subjunctive mood.However, as is often the case with Subjunctive in English, its use in this context (after verbs such as "ensure", which point to an uncertain future event) is fast becoming "archaic".
Also correct, then, would be the present indicative. |
