Ok, I got these images from a free clip art web artist, I made a ppp out of them, a vocabulary ppp so the images show up, then the names, I added some background and pictures of my own. I wonder if is legal to do it or if it can be banned...?

I think it is better you ask some administrator before uploading your work. Send him / her the pictures, tell him / her where you took them from and the text allowing the downloaders to use them freely. That way you will have no bad surprise.
