Hello, I found it difficult to translate. Could you help me and explain the marked part to me, please?   "(...)the following provisions shall be complied with: 1. the moisture content of the cargo shall be kept less than its TML during voyage; 2. unless expressly provided otherwise in this individual schedule, the cargo shall not be handled during precipitation"

The underlined section means that unless it is clearly written in the relevant documentation the cargo willl not be handled (touched by human hands or machinery) when it rains. So, in summary, when it is raining no-one is allowed to touch the cargo without written permission. |
