Hi everybody,
Please help me with this:
It is Peter who has bought the bicycle
or It was Peter who has bought the bicycle

Hello, I would definitively go for It is Peter who has bought. If you use it was, you have to use bought instead of has bought: It was Peter who bought. |

I �d just emphasize the subject and say: Peter has bought ..... or peter bought this bicycle yesterday ( time information) but I would leave out "it is and it was" which don �t sound very English.
