Why don�t we neglect our colleagues and tend to show the proposal as just ours.Selfishness!!!

Proper is "my colleagues� and my..." but you do run into the potentila misunderstanding of having two proposals.  You could try "Our proposal (my colleagues� and mine)..."

If there was only one proposal then write our proposal or the proposal.
