I have some great pictures from magazines and things, but I don �t know how to use them with my adult students. I �d love to hear ideas, or hear about links about working with pictures.

Ask them to compare and contast two pictures if they have a common theme.
Ask them to look at one picture and try to write something related to it by using their imagination.
use the pictures as a warm-up activity leading to a reading passage related to them
