Help with translation

Hi!
Ive just joined this great website and would like to ask for some help with translation. In Argentina we use the words CUIL , CUIT, Cedula de identidad, documento de identidad (ID ), etc in forms but I cant choose the right translation since in different online dictionaries forums Ive found different explanations. Could you pls help me out?
Besides, I need to translate one phrase for my husband so that he can send some money to a friend abroad. In Spanish the phrase is " importe o suma girad/ao en concepto de". My idea was "amount wired/remitted in concept of: .... but Im not sure. In wordreference for example en concepto de is very complex.
Thanks so much for your help!

I m guessing you are talking about an identification card or a personal identification card also called an ID.
If you are just talking about an identification number, then in the US we would probably be referring to our social security number (SSN). |

Hi,
"the amount x was transferred/wired in payment of / regarding..." - without more info, this is a general idea of what you are looking for.
