With her straight and convincing deffinition for the word gossypiboma
"It �s a tumor one gets from gossiping too much. Also it �s contageous."
I loved the little warning at the end...
 
In reality "gossypiboma" is:
the technical term for a surgical complications resulting from foreign materials, such as a surgical sponge, accidentally left inside a patient �s body.
 
talk about covering up a blunder in fancy words!
