some of the items in the no bake area:
Peanutbutter and jam sandwich
Peanutbutter and banana sandwich  (or on crackers as snacks)
tuna fish sandwich (salad)  many types of versions but the basic is tuna fish, mayo and mustard
ham and cheese sandwiches
