Anything or everything??

I need your help!
I found this phrase in an exercise:
"London has anything you could ask for!"
My first reaction was: this sentence is wrong it should be: "London has everything you could ask for."
What do you think? Is it correct to use anything here??

Thanks for your quick reply? Do you know by any change how I could explain this to my students as in why it is wrong? |

I think it s right. The meaning is different from "everything": you can find any object, any place, any person... so you can find whatever you want.

Both are correct but slightly different.
With anything you put an emphasis on "no matter what you could ask for". |
