I must say you gave me a hard time deciding whose answer was the best. This time your answers were as varied as possible, one more charming than the other and my decision was in deed a difficult one.

ZYMURGY IS:

A useful term, zymurgy refers to the art or practice of fermentation. (http://www.worldwidewords.org/weirdwords/ww-zai1.htm )

 

 

But Giovanni �s daffynition was splendid:

Zymurgy is the word that an optometrist uses when you go in for an eye examination.  It means when Z and Y merge into G and Y you have a big problem.
