Hi! I know that I had seen a topic about this problem but can �t find it. I can �t remember my user password (Windows 7 home premium) to start my laptop. What can I do to use it? Thanks in advance |

Hi Zailda.. My daughter had the same problem. When you turn the comp on press F8 and it will take you to safe mode I believe. From there you should be able to navigate and get into your comp and then change the word. I haven �t done it but she did and it worked for her. |

Thanks, I �ll try it. Liz, I couldn �t manage to make this software work, even following the step-by-step to download and burn the iso file. I �ll try Ed �s suggestion now. |
