Help with fonts needed

Hello, dear friends, I need a really beautiful font to type the name for a teacher guide my colleague is going to publish. The book is called "Art Stories". I was wondering if there s a site somewhere I could type the name of the book, and then save it as an image, and use in my document, so that, when a publisher (it s a small business) opens the doc, it would still show on their computer even if they don t have the font? I d really appreciate your help, Sophia P. S. @ NATIVE SPEAKERS: Is this phrase correct: He was as talented a painter as he was a great politician. And does it have a positive or a negative connotation? If it does have a negative connotation (a tone of sarcasm or such), whats the positive way to say that?

Hi, Liz:) Could you recommend a nice exquisite font somewhere to download free? The ones I have are pretty plain. And online collections have tons and tons of them I just dont have the energy to look through all the lists. Maybe you know the name already I could look up? Sophia

I like this page: http://www.fontspace.com/
You can just type a key word (exquisite, elegant etc.) in the box and then it will give you a few pages with those kinds of fonts.
Never used it but this also looks good: http://www.1001freefonts.com/
Good luck!
PS the phrase is fine and doesnt sound negative to me. If I was going to change anything I might drop the "great." So: He was as talented a painter as he was a politician.

He was as talented a painter as he was a great politician.
The meaning and intention of the sentence depends on what is already known by the speaker and the listener. It could be positive, but if we know that he is not a good politician and he produced a mediocre work of art, exactly the same sentence could be used sarcastically. |
