I can ´t upload my worksheet. Every time I do it shows the following message. Can anyone solve this problem????

Well, it may happen sometimes, in a busy hour.
I would suggest you to turn your PC off, and then restart to upload it...... hopefully that will do the trick.
Or, you can try to upload it later on.....
