For ESLP there is no need to convert from doc to docx. So that �s no problem.
From docx to doc shouldn �t be a problem either. If you have doc - just upload it. If you have created documents yourself with a computer, than you just have to save that document under: save as Word 2000-2003. That saves it in doc, even if you are using Word 2007 and upwards.
So what exactly is your problem?
