On 31st October i am thinking of wearing a witch costume in class (13-14 year olds)
to introduce Halloween...

Any ideas of what else to do???

ask your students to prepare a Halloween drawing  with a funny short poem (on the chosen theme for the drawing). After their reading the poem you will stick drawing and poem on a giant sheet to make a class poster.
 
Ask them to prepare together, without telling you, a �puppet �. Each one of them will bring a broom, a pointed hat... and they will put all that on a dummy speaking loudly what they are putting. And ask them to prepare together a story about this puppet. Each one of us will read some lines of the story and once corrected you will be able to make a small book.
