Rules for groups of penpals - Help !

Dear teachers,

I am going to start a group of penpals including my students (in Vietnam) and other students from other countries.

As this is the first time, and in order to avoid any possible mistakes, I would highly appreciate if you can give me some suggestions about the rules to run this group.
