The correct one, without any doubt is WHICH

And now WHY?

You have to ask yourself what can go with the verb "to visit"
to visit WHAT - the church
to visit WHICH - the nearby church
to visit WHO - my aunt

Yor cannot visit WHERE if visit is a verb, however as a part of a noun phrase you can say:
a church visit
We went on a visit to the church where we prayed.

Hope that s clear :)

I prefer using that. It sounds better to me, but which is also correct.

The church that we visited yesterday is very popular.

Which church did you visit yesterday?

A smoking room is one where you can smoke.
A smoking room is one that you can smoke in.
A smoking room is one in which you can smoke.
Which room can we smoke in?
