1- Can you tell me what does this sentence mean : This horse is free to a good home in this area ???
2- Why do we use or here I �m not intrested in drawing or photography ??
Should we use or not and in negative sentences ??
3- What does mean vintage clothes??
4- Can we use specially & especially interchangeably ?

For #2, the negative of "A and B" is "not A or B". That is because you don �t have to lack interest in both of them in order not to be interested in both of them. (I hope that makes sense).
If I like cookies and I like milk, it would still be possible for me to say "I don �t like cookies and milk" if I don �t like them together.
If I don �t like cookies and I don �t like milk, then I don �t like cookies or milk. (and I probably don �t like them together, either)
For #4, they aren �t quite the same, at least in US English. "Specially" means "in a special way", while "especially" means "to a special degree". The first answers "how?" and the second answers "how much?"
