I still have a problem in uploding worksheets each time the following message appears on the screen

Wrong Content-Type. Make sure you have included the attribute ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" in your form.

Sometimes the server is busy. Check the extension and size (.doc, under 500 kB).
Try to upload a smaller file. Delete a few pictures.
Then update the printable.
