Getting students to read more.

Hi, one of my ambitions this year is to try and get my students to read more and to learn more from what they read. That s why I will keep creating new reading games and writing more stories for beginner readers, but once my students have two feet on the ladder to successful reading, I m sometimes at a loss and it is at this stage where Rob Waring can help out.
What are you going to do this year in the area of reading?
Rob Waring s Extensive Reading Website
Invaluable information and advice on extensive reading from a leading expert and pioneer in the field. The page is helpful both for the specialist and for a teacher/school setting up an extensive reading program for the first time.
You can also see Rob s Language Teaching Professionals page at <http://ltprofessionals.com/en/resources/Rob_Waring.html> which has information on his readers.
